Application fee is $35 per applicant. Anyone over the age of 18+ is considered an applicant.

Anyone over the age of 18+ is considered an applicant and is required to sign the lease.
Are Pets allowed?
Cats are accepted with a $20/month pet fee. NO DOGS are allowed except at Bowman Park Townhomes, Bridgeway Gardens and Easton Gardens with a $45/month pet fee for dogs under 25 lbs. MAX 2 PETS.
