All occupants 18+ years old must apply. Application fee is $35/applicant and is non-refundable.
Valid ID and verifiable income (such as 4 most recent original payslips) must be provided.

A deposit of $750.00 is required to hold an apartment upon application approval. Available units are first come, first served and are removed from the list above once a deposit has been received from an approved applicant. If you are unable to take the apartment you will lose a minimum of $100.00 and up to the entire deposit depending on how long the apartment has been held. You must take possession of the apartment within fifteen (15) days of it being made ready for move-in.
